Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on 1pk365 and are displayed within the betting interface. Limits may vary by sport, market type, competition, and account status. 1pk365 reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at any time without prior notice.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or a misquoted line — 1pk365 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the player's account. 1pk365 will make reasonable efforts to honour genuine market prices but is not obligated to pay winnings based on manifestly incorrect odds.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or settled without advance notice depending on the progress of the relevant event. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. 1pk365 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, data transmission errors, or third-party connectivity failures.
All content on the 1pk365 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1pk365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1pk365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the 1pk365 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, re-published, displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of 1pk365.
